We’re seeking an experienced Cook / All-Rounder who’s confident across all areas of the kitchen and beyond — from prepping ingredients and cooking quality meals to serving customers, supporting front-of-house service, and keeping the kitchen clean and organized. This role suits someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a dynamic team environment
The Position
- Support with prep, service, and general kitchen duties
- Monitor stock and minimize wastage
- Support front of house- serving food and drinks
- Adhere to hygiene standards and following proper food handling practices
- Assisting with retail, lunch and dinner functions.
- Work largely within school hours, school term time and spend time where it counts - with family
The Person
- Working with Children Check is essential, or ability to obtain
- Experience with cooking in bulk quantities
- Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
- Experience in a similar position advantageous
- Eye for detail and great with time management
- Ability to work effectively in a team, as well as independently
