Key Account Manager
- Predominately Monday to Friday with weekend & on call as needed.
- Managing Coles portfolio which is 11 sites across Australia
- Travelling is an essential part of this role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate full time Key Account Manager to join one of our team. An all year round operation - overseeing 12 locations across Australia. Travelling to visit our site and clients is essential part of this role. Making your mark on the business; building and leveraging positive customer and client relationships to achieve our partnership objectives.
THE POSITION
- Communicate and work collaboratively with the client on all aspects of delivering a quality service to achieve mutually rewarding outcomes.
- Positively influence change with stakeholders on different levels
- Stay ahead of culinary trends and introduce new ideas and concepts that enhance the client’s experience.
- People Management: Inspire your team with timely feedback and foster a high-performance culture that drives the account forward.
- Lead a high performing team across service excellence.
THE PERSON
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an account or relationship management role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Outgoing, creative and a bold thinker with an eye for details and strong organisational skills
- Hospitality and service is engrained in your DNA with experience in creating and delivering high profile events
- Love creating memorable experiences through food
- A real passionate foodie with a flair for innovation and presentation
- Able to provide or obtain a current police check
- Qualifications in hospitality with business management preferred
- Sound commercial knowledge and knows how to identify and deliver on growth opportunities
- Proactive leader who is professional, positive, supportive, and motivated, with experience in recruiting, mentoring, training and developing a team of hospitality professionals
- Able to provide or obtain a current police check
