The Position:
We are seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Team Leader to join our 750-person, brand-new camp. This is a unique step-up role that combines hands-on cleaning experience with team leadership responsibilities.

• Week 1: Work alongside the Housekeeping Supervisor to complete cleaning runs and gain a full understanding of daily operations.

• Week 2: Step into a leadership role while the Supervisor is on R&R, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and leading a team of 5–8 staff.

• Maintain a hands-on approach in the field while managing your team effectively.

• Support operational excellence and ensure full compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

The Person:

• Previous or recent housekeeping experience is essential.

• Proven ability to lead a small team while staying hands-on in daily operations.

• Familiarity with iClean and INX systems is advantageous (full training will be provided).

• Strong communicator who can motivate a team and maintain high standards.

• Reliable, proactive, and able to step up when required.
