The Compass Group Recruitment team are looking for a Chef Manager to join our team at Haileybury City.

THE POSITION

• Lead your kitchen team to deliver fresh, nutritious meals
• Train, mentor, and supervise your staff
• Monitor kitchen stock and minimize wastage
• Develop fresh new menu ideas using local ingredients
• Maintain a safety-focused kitchen environment

THE PERSON

• Must be able to obtain a Working with Children Check
• Minimum Cert 3 Commercial Cookery
• Experience in a similar position
• Comfortable leading a team through busy service periods
• Advanced allergen and dietary management
