Canberra casual CHEF

$35.06 base rate plus casual loading

• Above award wages for this position as Chef
• 6:00 - 2:00 shift. Early start and late finish penalties apply
• Weekend and public holiday penalties apply

THE POSITION

• A dynamic role that requires the ability to work on one’s own as well as with a team
• Food preparation, cooking, and presentation of all food offerings
• Operating a catering operation within strict budgetary constraints
• Menu planning and nutrition planning

THE PERSON

• Qualified Chef with Cert III in Commercial Cookery or Equivalent
• Prior Food Hygiene training and/or accreditation
• Good teamwork skills & communication skills
• Posses a Working with Vulnerable People Check, Police Check, COVID vaccination and serology clearance (or be willing to obtain)
