Compass Group are seeking an enthusiastic Administration Supervisor to join our DeltaFM team. The successful applicant will be joining an established administration team and work closely with Senior Management in the business. Flexible work hours and arrangements can be negotiated. The hours will be Monday to Friday, with no weekends or public holidays.

 

THE POSITION

  • Working closely with Senior Management and Operational Teams
  • Joining an established Facilities Maintenance Administration team
  • Responsible for producing reports and monitoring compliance including Monthly Performance Reporting
  • Maintain the Compass and Clients Compliance Program
  • Co-ordinate external audits for sites contractual requirements
  • Monitoring compliance for requisite sites with the Compass Group Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Management System
  • Prepare, deliver and develop training on related policies, procedures in areas including Clients QMS, Manager Training, Incident Reporting, Environmental Management System, ECO LAB Chemical Training, PayGlobal

 

THE PERSON

  • Experience implementing and monitoring QMS programs in a multi-service environment (preferred not essential)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and high level of computer literacy & writing skills
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Australian Working Rights, Photo ID & willing to participate in a National Police Clearance as part of process
