THE POSITION
  • Lead and oversee a high-quality breakfast buffet service, ensuring exceptional presentation and guest satisfaction
  • Provide hands-on leadership and direction to the onsite catering team in a fast-paced environment
  • Adapt quickly to changing service demands while maintaining efficiency, organisation, and high standards
  • Manage orders, deliveries, stock rotation, cleanliness, and build positive relationships with clients and customers
THE PERSON
  • Proven experience in a similar fast-paced hospitality or catering environment
  • Availability to work 5 mornings per week with a flexible, can-do approach
  • Strong understanding of food safety standards and HACCP compliance
  • High energy, excellent presentation, solid work ethic, and confidence using MS Office at an intermediate level
