We deliver vital workplace support to people working in some of the most isolated environments in the world, from offshore facilities to remote Australian mine sites.

We are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor – Transport to join our team on site. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day transport operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and service excellence.

THE POSITION

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the effective coordination and supervision of all transport operations on site. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and supervise daily transport operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant service delivery
  • Prepare and distribute accurate daily and weekly transport schedules aligned with flight movements and operational requirements
  • Supervise driver sign-on and compliance, including duty of care and medical clearances
  • Conduct pre-start meetings and ensure all safety protocols and hazards are communicated
  • Manage rosters, higher duties, overtime, and last-minute operational changes
  • Monitor fleet utilisation, performance, servicing, and repairs in liaison with workshops
  • Ensure completion of vehicle pre-starts, inspections, and compliance documentation
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and performance management support to drivers
  • Coordinate ad-hoc charter requests and special transport requirements
  • Liaise closely with clients, contractors, security, and site stakeholders
  • Identify, report, and manage incidents, hazards, and near misses in line with HSEQ requirements
  • Undertake driving duties as required to support operational needs

THE PERSON

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in a transport, logistics, or fleet supervisory role (FIFO or remote site experience highly regarded)
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • A high commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence
  • Excellent planning, coordination, and communication abilities
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Mandatory Requirements

  • Forklift Licence
  • Manual HR Licence
  • PTD (Passenger Transport Driver)
  • Ability to meet site medical and compliance requirements
