The Advisor – Internal Mobility role plays a key role in supporting career development, equity, and accessibility across Compass Group Australia. This role is responsible for driving internal mobility programs with a strong focus on our Pillar groups: Gender Balance, First Nations, All Abilities, Veterans, and Pride in Diversity.

You will collaborate with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, leaders, and employee groups to design, deliver, and support programs that enable employees to grow their careers and feel a sense of belonging. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and rolling out internal mobility programs tailored to Pillar groups

• Providing individualised career coaching to employees

• Supporting leadership development pathways for high-potential employees

• Tracking, analysing, and reporting on internal mobility and D&I data

• Championing inclusive practices and removing barriers to progression

• Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills

• Proactive approach to learning, feedback, and continuous improvement

• Experience in a similar role or customer service environment
