THE POSITION
- Lead and support the team throughout daily morning shifts
- Responsible for preparing specialty coffee
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently
- Utilise Compass systems for inventory management, rostering etc.
THE PERSON
- Intermediate administrative skills; experience with a rostering tool (such as Deputy) is a plus
- Must be skilled in crafting high-quality coffee and managing café operations.
- Food handling experience; Food Safety Supervisor certification is advantageous
- Skilled in managing customer and client relationships
