THE POSITION

• Prepare, cook and serve meals at this Bundoora site
• Apply catering control principles; food safety, waste minimisation and cleaning
• Responsible for maintaining food safety documents
• Slightly modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy)
• Monday shift and Friday shift each week, with the option to pick up extra shifts

THE PERSON

• Proximity to this worksite in the Melbourne suburb of Bundoora
• Knowledge of food hygiene & workplace health & safety protocols
• Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery (or another Chef qualification) 
• NPC  Police Check holder (or be willing to obtain a police check)
