Are you highly organised, detail-driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Join ESS as an Accommodation Administrator and play a key role in supporting accommodation operations across multiple remote sites.
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Coordinate daily accommodation bookings, arrivals and departures
  • Manage room allocations and accommodation systems
  • Liaise with site teams and housekeeping to ensure accurate room readiness
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies and booking issues
  • Prepare and distribute reports for operational teams and management
  • Maintain strong client communication and service delivery standards
  • Support contractor coordination and system compliance
