At Compass Group we believe exceptional dining starts with passion and precision. We are building Team Elevate, a dedicated casual pool of corporate and fine dining chefs working across our most prestigious Restaurant Associates and Rapport venues in Sydney.

This is an opportunity to bring your creativity and technical skill to a team that represents the highest standard in corporate hospitality. You will craft refined dishes, collaborate with skilled chefs and deliver outstanding dining experiences in premium executive environments.

THE POSITION
• Prepare and present restaurant standard dishes to a high quality finish
• Create modern plated menus with refined flavour profiles
• Support premium boardroom service and corporate fine dining
• Deliver consistent results in high pressure environments
• Maintain strict food safety, hygiene and allergen standards
• Work closely with chefs and managers to ensure seamless service

THE PERSON
• Minimum 2yrs experience as a Chef de Partie or higher
• Background in corporate dining, fine dining or five-star hotels
• Strong knife skills and technical cookery knowledge
• Confident with plated service, functions and event environments
• High attention to detail with excellent personal presentation
• Calm, professional and collaborative working style
• Strong understanding of allergens, dietary needs and safety standards
