We’re looking for friendly and reliable Hospitality All-Rounders to join the team at Compass Group.

THE POSITION:

• Passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical with drug and alcohol screening and national police clearance
• Australia driver licence and Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate are required
• Experience in a fast-paced environment, with an eagerness to learn
• Flying out only from Perth Airport, to support village accommodation across multiple villages in Western Australia

THE PERSON:

• Must have unrestricted work rights in Australia to fully engage in all job responsibilities
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team, contributing to a harmonious and productive work environment
• Be prepared to work on a FIFO roster, showing adaptability and resilience in various work environments
• Committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive resident experience
• Hotel or FIFO Hospitality experience highly regarded
• Meticulous in performing tasks and ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of the work environment
