THE POSITION

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to deliver high-quality food and beverage services across various locations and ensure smooth information flow between clients and Levy stakeholders.
• Assist in the execution of year-round Premium Experience food and beverage for major events, including the Australian Open.
• Elevate client experiences by maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence.
• Foster positive relationships at all levels, guiding and mentoring the team while valuing diversity and cooperation.
• Support contract compliance and work closely with culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Establish procedures, train staff, and ensure adherence to legal and safety regulations.
• Effectively lead and manage a team of up to 300 casual staff members.

THE PERSON

• Bachelor’s degree in management or a related discipline, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven success in event execution and staff coordination.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for relationship building.
• Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and make quick, informed decisions.
• Experience in managing food and beverage service delivery.
• Proficiency in EMS or event management software.
• Strong negotiation and mediation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
