The POSITION
We are developing a highly skilled and experienced corporate fine dining hospitality casual team we are calling ‘Team Elevate’, to work in our most premium fine dining corporate venues around Sydney. We are looking for experienced hospitality superstars to fill the following roles:
- F&B - Fine Dining Supervisor
- F&B - Boardroom Attendant
- F&B - Functions Waiter
THE PERSON
- 3+ years of experience in high-end corporate dining, premium event settings or 5-star hotels.
- Polished, professional, and hospitality focused with a friendly smile, customer centric, with good communication (written & verbal).
- Ability to multitask and collaborate with a well organised team.
- Provide discrete hospitality service and be adaptable to change.
- Experienced in advanced function, restaurant and event experience and advanced food safety knowledge.
- Skilled in 3 plate carry, silver service, advanced barista coffee skills, with contemporary advanced food and wine knowledge.
- Maintain impeccable presentation and grooming standards and demonstrate strong customer service skills and customer service experience including the ability to “think outside the box” when faced with issues.
- Proven to be self-motivated and work under pressure whilst prioritising to key deadlines and communicate effectively with a wide range of customers at a variety of levels.
- Must have a current NSW RSA
- Must be willing to get a National Police Check
- For Supervisor-Level role - capable of independently running events, opening/closing and confident in liaising with all team members, including chefs, to assess requirements for the day and ensure seamless service.
