THE POSITION

• Plan, supervise, and monitor the food production and menu-based catering 
• Actively maintain a high standard of food safety, allergen awareness, and OHS
• Lead and inspire a brigade of culinary talents
• Execute culinary experience across both retail and events
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation
• Oversee inventory, procurement, cost control and minimize food wastage

THE PERSON

• Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
• An accomplished leader with a stellar culinary track record 
• Current Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain
• Calm under pressure, with a relentless pursuit of perfection
• Experience in leading, mentoring and developing teams
• Solid understanding of allergen management, food safety and infection control
