ESS Defence delivers hospitality and catering services to our Defence personnel. Our teams provide consistent, nutritious meals across dining facilities, supporting the wellbeing of the Australian Defence Force.

We are seeking a reliable Food and Beverage Attendant to join our Defence team in Sydney. This full-time role is based at Randwick Barracks and offers the opportunity to work in a structured and professional environment.

THE POSITION
• Assist with food preparation, service and cleaning duties
• Deliver professional and friendly customer service
• Support dining room and service operations
• Maintain hygiene, food safety and allergen standards
• Work both independently and as part of a small team

THE PERSON
• Previous experience in food preparation or food service
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and allergen requirements
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable and able to work with minimal supervision
• Professional presentation and team focused approach
• Able to obtain a National Police Check
