The Position

  • Master the Menu Guide: Own and maintain the master Menu Guide—our critical, standardised reference document communicating catering options, portion planning, dietary requirements, pricing, and service packages across all food programs.

  • Collaborate and Coordinate: Work side-by-side with the Levy Executive Chef team in the culinary office, actively supporting all admin, updates, and structural requirements for the Menu Guide program.

  • Drive Compliance: Partner closely with our Jaleh Keeper to ensure all documentation, data entry, and Menu Guide tasks are executed flawlessly and completed strictly on time.

  • Optimise Efficiency: Learn and implement SKU optimisation strategies through the guide, directly contributing to streamlined chef ordering and kitchen cost-efficiency.

The Person

  • Culinary Background, Administrative Mindset: A qualified chef (CDP level) who understands kitchen operations but thrives in a structured, office-based administrative environment.

  • Impeccable Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for data, layout, and instructions, ensuring recipes, dietary tags, and operational guidelines are 100% accurate.

  • Strong Communication & Time Management: Ability to manage deadlines effectively and work collaboratively with multiple senior chefs and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

  • Systems Savvy: Comfortable utilizing technology, spreadsheets, and catering systems to organize and audit large volumes of menu data.
