Spinifex Village - Supervisor - Catering - 8/6 roster in Newman

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Catering Supervisor to join our team at Spinifex Village on an 8 days on / 6 days off FIFO roster from Perth. This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day catering operations across a busy remote village, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, team performance, and customer service are consistently delivered. You will play a key role in leading a small team, maintaining operational standards, and creating a “home away from home” experience for site personnel.
