THE POSITION

We are seeking Perth-based candidates to join our Support Services Team across remote WA mine site villages. These roles support the day-to-day operations of site and directly contribute to the comfort and wellbeing of residents working away from home.

Roles include:

• Hospitality Allrounders
• Kitchen Hands
• Housekeeping
• Mine Site Cleaners
• Food & Beverage Attendants

Key responsibilities include:

• Cleaning accommodation rooms, communal areas, and amenities
• Waste removal, bathroom cleaning, and general site upkeep
• Assisting across kitchen and dining facilities as required
• Operating cleaning equipment and applying safe manual handling practices
• Working 11–12 hour shifts across day and night rosters
• These roles are physically demanding and require a good level of fitness.

THE PERSON

The FIFO lifestyle can be rewarding but requires commitment and adaptability. You will be flexible, team-focused, and willing to support multiple departments on site as a true all-rounder.

You will have:

• Full Australian working rights
• Current National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
• Full Australian Driver’s Licence
• Ability to work 11–12 hour shifts (days and nights)
• Ability to work in remote WA environments and varying conditions
• Positive attitude and strong team focus
