We are recruiting experienced Safety Advisors for roles based in Karratha, supporting remote site operations

The Position:

• Demonstrated capability in leading risk-based assessments, root cause investigations, and applying human factors principles to enhance team performance and safety outcomes
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to facilitate meetings, deliver safety briefings, and lead training initiatives
• Oversee and evaluate the implementation of Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) frameworks, ensuring alignment with organisational standards and regulatory requirements
• Lead and coordinate incident investigations, ensuring timely reporting, analysis, and identification of improvement opportunities
• Drive a proactive safety culture through visible leadership, engagement strategies, and the promotion of best-practice safety behaviours

The Person:

• Advanced verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (WHS)
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE), or a willingness to obtain
• Demonstrated experience (minimum 2 years) in Health, Safety, Environment, or related disciplines
• Proven capability in incident investigation methodologies, with ICAM experience highly regarded
• Working knowledge of HACCP principles and safety practices within a hospitality or service-based environment (training can be provided)
• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and web-based systems, with a high level of overall digital literacy
