ESS Manages all aspects of large-scale accommodation facilities or “villages” for remote works, providing the essential comforts such as a hot meal, a clean bed, freshly laundered workwear to health and wellness facilities for those working away from home.
The Position

Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.

Organise and maintain stock in a clean and orderly manner.

Defrost goods according to Menu and schedules.
-
Perform regular stock checks and assist with inventory audits.
-
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
-
Maintain accurate records in inventory management systems.
-
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
-
Liaise with supervisor and internal teams regarding stock requirements.

Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly.
The Person
-
Previous experience in stores, warehousing, or inventory control.

Knowledge of stock management systems and processes.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Basic computer literacy for inventory systems.

Ability to lift and move materials safely.
-
Comfortable working in warehouse or storage environments.

Valid Forklift License (essential)

Current Driver’s License (essential)
