$30.68 base rate + 12% super as a permanent, full-time Chef

(wages are changing, $32.14 effective 6 July 2026)

THE POSITION

• Prepare, cook and serve meals in line with procedures
• Apply catering control principles; food safety, waste minimisation and cleaning
• Responsible for maintaining food safety documents
• Stock control and rotation

THE PERSON

• Excellent time management, organisational, communication skills
• Commitment to drive a positive and sustainable safety culture
• Certificate III Commercial Cookery required
• NPC: Possess a National Police Clearance (or be willing to obtain one)
