ESS Defence provides food service and hospitality support to Defence sites across Australia. We deliver high quality meals and service that support the wellbeing of Australian Defence Force personnel.

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at HMAS Creswell, Jervis Bay. This part-time role is ideal for candidates with hospitality, food service or customer service experience looking for flexible hours in a supportive and structured environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with food preparation, meal service and cleaning duties
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Support dining room and food service operations
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards
• Assist with setting up and clearing service areas
• Keep work areas clean, organised and safe

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience in hospitality, food service or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable with a positive and proactive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance
