THE POSITION

• Predominately Monday to Friday.
• 7-day operation and needs to be available on weekends in business demands.
• Strong inclusive community school
• Prestigious boarding school
• Strong support network with subject matter experts to help with key operational needs

THE PERSON

• Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
• Chef qualified and experience managing a team of approx 10 staff.
• Bulk cooking experience for 150 pax plus.
• Exposure to function and short order cafe food production.
• Strong food safety and allergen management compliance.
• Strong employee and client engagement with can do attitude, positive outlook.
