Are you passionate about coffee, people, and creating exceptional customer experiences? We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Supervisor to lead our dynamic and vibrant Barista team within a high-profile technology client environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a coffee enthusiast who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting and is ready to take the next step in their leadership career. Our users are passionate about great coffee, and you'll play a key role in delivering a premium café experience while leading a talented team of Baristas. 

The role is primarily Monday to Friday, with core operating hours generally between 7:00am and 3:00pm, supporting a healthy work-life balance.

THE POSITION

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Baristas across two busy Coffee Bars
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and consistently high service standards
  • Organise rosters as per operational requirements
  • Foster a positive team culture focused on exceptional customer experiences
  • Financial reporting, including cash management and stock control

THE PERSON

  • Strong leadership skills with experience supervising and developing hospitality teams
  • Proven Barista experience with a genuine passion for coffee and coffee culture
  • Strong Occupational Health and Safety focus
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to learn quickly, adapt to a dynamic environment, and inspire team success through strong leadership
  • Current RSA

As this is a full-time role, Full time Australian Workings rights are mandatory.
