We are seeking reliable and dedicated Food & Beverage Attendants and Catering Assistants to join our team at Randwick Barracks. These opportunities are ideal for candidates with hospitality, catering or customer service experience who are looking to build a rewarding career in a supportive and professional environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with food preparation, meal service and cleaning duties
• Deliver professional and friendly customer service to Defence personnel
• Support dining room and service operations
• Maintain hygiene, food safety and allergen standards
• Ensure dining and kitchen areas remain clean and organised
• Work both independently and as part of a team to meet operational requirements

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in food preparation, food service, catering or hospitality preferred
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and allergen requirements
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Professional presentation and a team-focused approach
• Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance
