We are seeking an experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our teams at Blamey Barracks, Kapooka and RAAF Base Wagga, Forest Hill. These opportunities are ideal for hospitality professionals looking to develop their leadership career within a supportive and structured environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and support front-of-house and hospitality team members
• Oversee daily dining room operations and service delivery
• Coordinate meal services and hospitality functions
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards
• Ensure high standards of customer service and presentation
• Assist with staff training, coaching and development
• Support rostering and operational requirements as required

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience in hospitality, food service or supervisory roles
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards
• Ability to organise workloads and manage competing priorities
• Professional presentation and positive attitude
• Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check
