Operations Manager
In this highly visible leadership role with Morrison Living, you will work in partnership with clients and site leadership teams to deliver exceptional hospitality and care support services, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure sustainable operational and financial performance across your portfolio.
You will be responsible for leading, coaching and developing managers, fostering a high-performing culture, maintaining compliance standards and supporting the retention and growth of key client partnerships.

Leading and motivating site leadership teams to achieve operational and financial targets

Building strong, trusted client relationships and conducting regular business reviews

Driving service excellence, innovation and continuous improvement initiatives

Managing budgets, profitability, labour costs and commercial performance

Supporting contract retention and identifying opportunities for business growth

Ensuring compliance with health, safety, food safety and environmental standards

Coaching and developing leaders to build capability and drive engagement

Monitoring site performance and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction

Collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver outstanding business outcomes
THE PERSON
You are commercially astute, customer-focused and passionate about creating high-performing teams while delivering exceptional service experiences.
You will also bring:

Minimum 4 years' experience in a senior operational management role

Strong financial and commercial acumen with budget management experience

Demonstrated success managing multiple sites or a diverse portfolio of operations

Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills

Sound knowledge of workplace legislation, compliance and safety requirements

Experience leading and developing teams across diverse environments

Ability to identify opportunities to improve operational performance and client outcomes

Strong problem-solving, communication and influencing skills

High-level computer literacy and experience using business systems and reporting tools

Business, Management or related tertiary qualification

Contract management experience
-
Experience within hospitality, healthcare, education, support services or facilities management environments
