The Role
- Assist with daily food preparation and service
- Prepare sandwiches, salads and fresh menu items
- Support chefs with meal service and general kitchen duties
- Dishwashing and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen
- Follow food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures
- Manage stock, minimize waste and support peak service periods
About You
- At least 1 year experience in a Kitchenhand or Catering Assistant role
- Friendly communicator with a team-first attitude
- Reliable, energetic and well-presented
- Comfortable working across Education, Corporate, Venues and similar sites
- Able to obtain or already hold: National Police Check and Working with Children Check
- Willing to get a DCAC clearance to work Defence sites (foreign nationals taking minimum 1 month to process atm)
- Weekday availability (Mon–Fri)
