Catering Assistant – Casual | ACT

• $27.09 + 25% Casual Loading
• Monday to Friday, daytime shifts (some evenings)

The Position:

• Assist in preparing, cooking, and presenting fresh, delicious meals with passion and care.
• Provide warm and friendly customer service, creating a positive dining experience.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment while operating the till to take orders and process transactions.
• Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to ensure smooth kitchen and service operations.
• Maintain high hygiene standards and follow proper food handling practices.
• Support healthy eating initiatives by catering to allergens and dietary requirements.

The Person:

• Friendly, reliable and customer focused
• Previous experience in Catering Assistant role and food handling 
• Organised and adaptable with confidence in busy settings
• Enjoys teamwork and learning new skills
• Able to obtain a National Police Check and a Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Willing to get DCAC pass to work our defence sites
