Due to continued growth, we're creating a unique opportunity for an experienced Key Account Manager to become the trusted partner across six regional Victorian education campuses.

This is not your typical account management role. You'll be the face of Chartwells to our clients, travelling extensively throughout regional Victoria, building strong relationships, driving operational excellence, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring we consistently deliver exceptional outcomes for our education partners.

The Position

  • Manage and strengthen relationships across six regional education campuses
  • Act as the primary escalation point for client stakeholders and site leadership teams
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure service, compliance and operational standards are met
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and strategic planning discussions
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, client satisfaction and commercial performance
  • Partner closely with operational leaders to deliver consistent outcomes across multiple locations
  • Coordinate mobilisation activities, projects and service improvements as required
  • Monitor contractual obligations, reporting and performance metrics
  • Drive a culture of collaboration, accountability and customer excellence

The Person

  • Proven experience in key account management, client relationship management or multi-site operations
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple locations
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience managing customer expectations
  • Highly developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Comfortable travelling extensively throughout regional Victoria
  • Strong problem-solving capability with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
  • Experience within hospitality, education, facilities management, retail or service-based industries highly regarded
  • Current Driver's Licence and willingness to travel regularly
