Are you a passionate Chef who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and enjoys creating exceptional food experiences?

We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our team at HMAS Watson, Sydney. This casual opportunity is ideal for hospitality professionals seeking flexibility while working in a professional and supportive kitchen environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare high-quality meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner and functions
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards
• Support kitchen operations including stock control and deliveries
• Ensure food quality, presentation and portion control standards are met
• Assist with menu execution and daily food production
• Work collaboratively as part of a professional kitchen team
• Support catering requirements and special events as required

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
• Experience in commercial kitchens, catering or bulk food production
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety and allergen management
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable with a positive and team-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance
