Central Hub Logistics Coordinator

Brisbane, QLD | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Hybrid Working

ESS is seeking a highly organised Central Hub Logistics Coordinator to support our national remote site operations. Working closely with Operations, Procurement, Commercial, Culinary, Finance, and supplier partners, you'll help ensure remote villages receive the right products at the right time and cost.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in logistics, procurement, supply chain, inventory management, or hospitality support services who enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate food ordering and logistics requirements across remote operations
• Support inventory management and food budget performance
• Analyse purchasing data
• Produce reports on food costs, supplier performance, compliance, and supply chain risks
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements

What We're Looking For

• Experience in logistics, procurement, supply chain, inventory, or hospitality operations
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
