$28/hour + 12% super + leave

THE POSITION

• Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages using commercial coffee equipment
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a busy café environment
• Operate POS systems and process cash and card transactions accurately
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation
• Build positive relationships with students, staff, and customers
• Contribute to a welcoming, safe, and customer-focused café environment

THE PERSON

• Previous Barista experience in a café, hospitality, or similar environment
• Passion for coffee and delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Current Blue Card, or the ability to obtain one
• Remains calm, organised, and efficient during busy service periods  
• Positive, approachable, and professional attitude
