The Position:

• Take overall accountability for a designated stores/warehouse area or multiple areas.
• Supervise, train and coordinate Stores team members.
• Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of event supplies and equipment.
• Track inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy across multiple locations.
• Coordinate deliveries and restock items as required during the event.
• Maintain organised and efficient storage spaces, adhering to safety protocols.
• Communicate with event teams to meet operational needs and deadlines effectively.

The Person:

• Proven experience in inventory management and logistics, warehouse operation or stock control.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate stock records.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage high-volume environments.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, ensuring smooth operations.
• Experienced operator with a valid forklift license and a proven track record in fast-paced environments preferred
• Physically fit and capable of handling the demands of a fast-paced event setting
