Interested in progression towards leadership within ESS? Seeking internal applicants who are interested in being part of a 12 month Leadership Development Program.

As part of the program, you'll work across multiple business areas, with the aim to step into an Assistant Manager or equivalent in-unit leadership role towards the end of the program.

Participants will learn to manage daily operations, commercial performance, people, safety and customer relationships, with plenty of support provided to guide you through the duration of the program.

The program will consist of four key phases:

• Foundations
• Learning systems and relationships
• Running a business
• Leadership in practice.
