THE POSITION

• Leading and developing a multidisciplinary onsite team
• Building strong relationships with key client stakeholders
• Driving a positive safety culture and ensuring compliance standards are met
• Managing budgets, labour costs and financial performance
• Delivering exceptional hospitality, dining and workplace experiences
• Monitoring service standards and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Supporting workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and training activities
• Ensuring all services are delivered in line with Compass Group policies and client expectations

THE PERSON

• Previous experience managing hospitality, catering, food service or facilities operations
• Strong people leadership and team development skills
• Experience managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement
• Financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control
• A commitment to workplace health, safety and quality standards
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• The ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on operational leadership
