National Compliance Manager | Delta FM
Join Delta FM in a key national leadership role, responsible for strengthening statutory compliance and technical assurance across our operations.
- Lead Delta FM’s national statutory compliance and assurance framework.
- Provide oversight across multiple sites, jurisdictions and technical disciplines.
- Partner with senior leaders, operational teams, HSEQ and technical specialists.
The Position
- Lead Delta FM’s national statutory compliance and assurance framework.
- Oversee statutory maintenance, compliance auditing, corrective actions and regulatory change.
- Partner with operational leaders, HSEQ, trade nominees and technical specialists to identify risks and drive improvements.
The Person
- Strong experience across facilities management, engineering, maintenance or technical compliance.
- Demonstrated knowledge of statutory maintenance, auditing, compliance and assurance processes.
- A confident communicator and leader who can work across multiple sites and engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
