The Position:
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a F&B AO Reserve Supervisor in the “elevated private dining spaces” for the Australian Open 2025. This is your chance to work at one of the world's most prestigious sporting events!
F&B Corporate Supervisor:
- Supervise and lead a team of AO reserve F&B staff, ensuring efficient operation under your supervision.
- Train and develop team members to deliver excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability meets customer demand.
- Implement strategies to maximise sales and profitability.
- Report on store performance and provide feedback to senior management.
- Proven experience in hospitality corporate management, with a track record of successfully leading teams.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
